Active Spirit, based near Aviemore in the centre of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands, provides a friendly and relaxed opportunity for you to explore a wide range of Outdoor Activities in spectacular surroundings. We are mobile too and can deliver most of our activities at a place to suit you.

We are flexible with timing and venues and will plan your chosen activity to suit your ability and experience whether this is for an individual, family, corporate group, youth group or younger children with or without their parents.

We specialise in activities for younger children with or without parents! Learn more from our Kids Fun page. We also work with children and adults with a variety of extra needs such as physical disabilities, learning difficulties, including wheelchair users.

We love helping people to get the most out of the activity they have chosen to do with us and will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. We have a passion and enthusiasm for the outdoor environment and enjoy sharing this with folk in a safe and environmentally friendly way.

Activities are tailored to suit age, level of fitness, aspirations and needs – our aim being to help you free your Active Spirit!
